Shipping policy

We do our best to ship orders within 5 days. Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches to create the freshest, most bioavailable products possible. Occasionally an order may take longer to ship because a new batch of your product is being made; we will contact you via email if your order is significantly delayed.

Shipping carrier options and prices are shown and can be selected during checkout. Please note that the number of days displayed with shipping options are days in transit with the carrier; they are in addition to the time it takes for us to pack and ship your order (generally 2 - 5 days).

Please remember to enter the shipping address appropriate for your selected carrier. For instance, if you select USPS and use a PO Box, please remember to use that address rather than your street address.

We are not responsible if you enter incorrect address information during checkout. If the address you enter at checkout is incorrect or missing information, such as an apartment number, and your package is returned to us, we will contact you by email for the correct address and you will need to pay the additional shipping cost to send your package again. We also cannot be held responsible if your package is delivered to an incorrect address you entered at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more within the United States only. The carrier and shipping speed on orders with free shipping are selected at our discretion.
